We recognize the concerns of smoking in an
establishment. We can assure our patrons that our
establishment will take care of those concerns. We
do not have small vents above the smoking sections
to pull the smoke out. We don't have circulator
fans in the ceilings hoping the smoke will get
distributed. We have gone to great lengths to make
sure the air quality is comfortable for all
of our patrons. We have installed a special air filtration
system on our roof. This filtration system
completely exchanges the inside air with fresh air, 9 times an hour
in the entire establishment. The
air in Fat Tony's is always 70% fresh air. |
